The line-up is Derek Winters tpt, Geoff Cole tb, Mike Lunn pno, Dave Brennan bjo, Terry Knight bs, Dion Cochrane dms. Sarah plays tenor sax (baritone on two tracks). Despite what you might think from the line-up, (Mike Wills and Tony Isaacs reeds, Perry Lock pno, Dave Moorwood gtr and Geoff Hull bs, plus Pete Allen cl and Micky Cooke tb on four tracks each) there is a huge variety of different sounds on this CD because Mike Wills and Tony Isaacs play eleven different reed instruments between them - ranging from the little E-flat clarinet to the mighty bass clarinet. Trog's Blues features Pete Allen & Tony Isaacs on clarinets and Mike Wills on bass clarinet - what a sound! (71 mins)
